We provide you with a comprehensive personal account area where you can do anything from changing your address to setting your deposit limit.
This area gives you a full search facility across all our products (online, TV, telephone an WAP). You can also search by type of transaction or just look at your activity on one particular game.
Pretty obvious, but these areas let you deposit and withdraw money into your account.
You can change your PIN and amend your preferences including whether you want to be contacted with our latest news and offers (including free bets!).
Moved house? Got married? Got a new email address? If you need to update your details this is the place to do it.
If you are lucky enough to receive a free bet or want to redeem a free bet using a promotional code, this is the page to redeem and check.

Here you can set the maximum amount you might want to deposit into your account over 24 hours, one week or for a whole month. The limits start at £5 but if you set a higher limit then remember you can decrease this at any time. See Deposit Limits for more info.
You might feel you just want a short break from betting with us or from playing our games, so in My Account you can cool off whenever you like.
And if you're just had enough, don't worry, go to My Account and select Stop Betting. Here you can self exclude your account for a minumum of 6 months up to 5 years. This means you can't bet with Sky Bet, Sky Bingo, Sky Poker and Sky Vegas during this period of exclusion. We'll obviously refund any monies you have in your account and we'll stop all marketing if you've previously selected to receive our offers. And remember, we will do all we can to stop you opening another account with us, but also ask that you do all you can to avoid trying to open another account.
